More Myself: A Journey by Alicia Keys with Michelle Burford

Available to Easton residents in print; eBook via Overdrive

Intended Audience: Adults

More Myself: A Journey by Alicia Keys is one of the best books I’ve read in a long time. I loved it! I’ve always been a fan of Alicia Keys’ music, but after reading her biography, I have so much more respect for her, both as a musician and as a person. Alicia is a deeply spiritual person who has been on a lifelong journey of authenticity and self-actualization. She has spent her career making deeply personal music, as well as becoming a social activist in the name of causes that she’s passionate about. I really respect her commitment to always staying true to herself. I found this book to be accessible, compelling, and inspirational, and I recommend it highly.

When Calvin Chumsky moves to town and befriends Mason, things begin to turn around until Calvin goes missing. Again, Mason is suspected of knowing more than he reveals.
