Safety Guidelines
-
Curbside pickup and homebound delivery services continue for those who need them.
-
Easton Public Library is now permanently fine-free. Patrons will still be responsible for the replacement cost of lost or damaged books.
-
Meeting rooms are once again available for booking with full capacity. The Community Room has a capacity of 100, and the Conference Room has a capacity of 25.
The Library has installed glass shields at the Circulation Desk and wall-mounted hand sanitizers
at key service points throughout the building. Furniture has also been reconfigured to discourage
groups of people gathering.
Hours of operation are Monday - Wednesday from 10am-6pm, Thursday from 10am-7pm, Friday from 10am-5pm, and Saturday from 10am-3pm.
Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup for all patrons is still available Monday - Wednesday from 10am-5pm, Thursday from 10am-7pm, Friday from 10am-5pm, and Saturday from 10am-3pm. Please limit to one request of up to ten items per week.
Patrons can call the Library at 203-261-0134 or email a request to eplnews@eastonlibrary.org. Please provide your preferred method of contact, so we can reach you in a timely manner when your materials are ready.
When the materials are ready, a staff member will notify the patron and assign a time slot for the pickup. Materials will be placed in paper bags, labeled by last name. The bags will be placed on a table in front of the Library.
In inclement weather, the materials will be left on the table in the Library's front lobby.
The Library to Go service is also available for homebound residents.
